Child Safety Standards

Effective date: June 9, 2026

These Child Safety Standards apply to Pawsee, a social playdate app for puppy owners published by Swazzi. Pawsee is published on Google Play as Puppy Playmate (package com.puppyplaydate.app). They also apply to all other Swazzi products, including TIMEOUT and Seraph.

Swazzi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are committed to keeping our apps safe and to preventing, detecting, and removing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children.

Our prohibition on CSAE

We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across all Swazzi products. This includes, without limitation:

Anyone who violates these standards will have their content removed and their account terminated, and we will report apparent CSAE to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where our apps are available. When we become aware of apparent CSAM, we remove it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law. We preserve related records as required and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

Minimum age

Swazzi products are not directed to or intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and by the applicable app store. Accounts that we determine belong to underage users are subject to removal.

How to report CSAE or a child safety concern

We provide an in-app mechanism for users to report content and other users. Where in-app reporting and blocking tools are available, users can report a profile, message, or piece of content directly from within the app, and can block other users. We review reports and take action, which may include removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities.

You can also report a child safety concern, suspected CSAE, or CSAM directly to our child safety team at any time:

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You may also report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.

How we address CSAM

When CSAM or apparent CSAE is reported or detected, we act promptly to remove the material, disable the responsible account, preserve relevant evidence as required by law, and report to NCMEC and/or other appropriate authorities. We aim to handle reports of child sexual abuse and exploitation with the highest priority.
