Delete your account in the app
To delete your Pawsee account, open the Pawsee app and go to:
Settings → Delete Account
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your account and account-linked data from active app systems, subject to the limited retention described below.
Data deleted
When your Pawsee account is deleted, we aim to delete the following account-linked data:
- Authentication account
- Owner profile
- Puppy profile
- Sent messages where applicable
- Conversations joined where applicable
- Uploaded photos
- Vaccination documents
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records if reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms. Retained records are limited to what is needed for those purposes.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access Pawsee, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line Pawsee Account Deletion and include enough information for us to identify the account.
