These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Qazi Holdings, LLC, a U.S. limited liability company doing business as Swazzi (“Swazzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to Swazzi websites and apps, including Pawsee, TIMEOUT, and SERAPH. By using a Swazzi app or website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are startup-ready product language and should be reviewed by counsel before final publication.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the apps only for lawful purposes.
User content
Swazzi apps may let you create, upload, send, or share content such as profiles, photos, documents, messages, and reports. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Qazi Holdings, LLC the limited rights needed to operate, display, store, transmit, moderate, and support the app features you use.
Community behavior
You may not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit, abuse, or mislead others. You may not upload illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, violent, infringing, or deceptive content. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe these Terms or our safety standards have been violated.
Puppy and dog safety
Pawsee helps puppy owners connect, but users are responsible for evaluating whether any playdate, location, person, puppy, or dog is appropriate and safe. Meet in safe places, supervise interactions, follow local rules, and use your own judgment.
No veterinary or professional advice
Qazi Holdings, LLC, Swazzi, Pawsee, TIMEOUT, and SERAPH do not provide veterinary, medical, training, mental health, legal, or professional advice. App content and user content are for general coordination and informational purposes only. Contact a qualified professional for advice about animal health, behavior, vaccination, mental health, or safety issues.
TIMEOUT safety alerts
TIMEOUT is a digital wellness and safety app designed to support timeout, wellness check, escalation, and emergency override workflows. TIMEOUT is not an emergency service, medical service, mental health service, law enforcement service, or substitute for calling emergency services. If there is an immediate emergency, call local emergency services.
SMS notification terms
TIMEOUT may send transactional SMS alerts to opted-in emergency contacts when a wellness check, timeout escalation, or emergency override workflow triggers an alert. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. TIMEOUT SMS alerts are not marketing or promotional messages.
SERAPH subscriptions and purchases
SERAPH Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Purchases are processed by Apple and entitlement is verified by RevenueCat. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s standard refund policy.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the apps, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, upload malware, misuse reports, or use the apps to harm people, animals, or systems.
Reports and moderation
We may review reports, content, messages, account activity, and related records to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, and operate the service. Moderation decisions may involve judgment and may not always be perfect.
App availability
We aim to keep Swazzi apps reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as the apps evolve.
Account termination
You may stop using the apps at any time and may delete your account where deletion is available. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated or if required for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Third-party services
Swazzi apps may depend on third-party services for hosting, storage, authentication, builds, app delivery, diagnostics, SMS delivery, purchase processing, or other operations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Qazi Holdings, LLC is not responsible for user conduct, offline meetings, dog or puppy behavior, third-party services, lost data, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Qazi Holdings, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms as our apps evolve. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
